Working Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad , Gandhidham, Chennai, Hyderbad , Kolkata, Guwhati, Delhi/NCR, Ludhiyana.
Position: Business Manger @ GM Level
Roles and Responsibility:
New business development and execute sales strategy for the market that ensures achievement of sales target and profitability.
Representing the company to potential customers.
Ensure smooth sales operations.
Customer Relationship Management.
Monitoring placement of vehicles.
Working out for rates of different lanes in coordination with operations team.
Interacting with customers for approval of rates and PO.
Coordination with customer for indents of FTL requirement.
Timely update of payment followup and outstanding remarks.
Experience & Skills:
Candidate should have:
Working experience with logistics companies in FTL sales profile.
10+ years experience in relevant profile.
Customer-Oriented and problem solving attitude.
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Working as per company system and SOPs.
Candidate must be Graduate/Post Graduate
